Users enjoy access to a range of tools that can be customized to meet the users’ needs at any given time.

Users can adapt the frequency of monitoring and customize the response procedure to any emergency alert type – via telephone, SMS or email. All calls and alerts are dealt with directly with a Crisis Response Center member of staff, 24/7.
